Build Rite Construction began in November 1977, with Bob Lam as the sole owner. Over the years, Travis Lam became a part of the business and eventually, in 2010, transitioned Build Rite Construction into Lam’s Construction, LLC. We moved to our new location on Route 33, located in Rockingham County, Virginia, in 2013.

At lams our vision is to make sure we measure twice and cut once. making sure that every cut, every pour, every piece of steel that is raised, is done effectively and efficiently.
